These terms, the selected catalogue listing and your reviewed order details form your ready-made plan purchase agreement. Custom design services have a separate agreement.
1 Your plan and supplied details
Ready-made building designs are sold as is. Only your name, building site address, plot dimensions and elevation orientation will be applied. Changes to layouts, rooms, dimensions, elevations or other building features require a separate custom design scope, price and agreement before purchase.
Supply and check your full name, delivery email, complete building site address (including lot or plot number where applicable), plot length and breadth in feet and inches, and elevation orientation: north, south, east or west. Your order must identify the selected plan name and number, where available, and price.
You are responsible for accurate, complete information. Report errors promptly. Work or charges arising from incomplete, incorrect or changed details will be discussed and agreed before that additional work begins.
2 Recommended plot dimensions
Your land should meet or exceed both the plan’s confirmed minimum recommended plot length and width for the intended orientation. These are land dimensions, separate from building dimensions; total land area alone does not establish fit.
Ask Planitale before purchase if recommendations are unconfirmed or your plot is smaller, irregular or uncertain. Suitability also depends on site conditions, boundary clearances, access and approving-authority requirements. Recommended dimensions do not guarantee planning or building approval.
3 Price preparation and digital delivery
Before acceptance and payment, the listing or order confirmation must state the price and currency, included drawings and services, file format, payment requirements, and expected preparation or delivery period. Only expressly listed items are included. Preparation and delivery follow those confirmed arrangements.
Prepared plans retain the selected building design and are delivered digitally through a secure download link, also sent to your supplied email address. Check that your email is correct and accessible. Printed copies, physical delivery and editable working files are included only if expressly stated; any additional services must be agreed and priced before work starts.
Contact enquiries@planitale.com or 723-3128 if the link is inaccessible, the email does not arrive or the documents differ from your confirmed order.
4 Cancellation and refunds after download
Once any purchased plan file has been downloaded, no refund is available for a change of mind, mistaken selection or a decision not to use the plan. Review the selected design, dimensions, plot requirements and included deliverables carefully before purchasing and downloading.
This restriction does not remove remedies required by applicable law, including where supplied files are incorrect, defective or materially different from the agreed order. Contact enquiries@planitale.com with your order reference and details of the problem. A complaint does not automatically establish entitlement to a refund.
5 Use and ownership
The plan is supplied for the named client and recorded building site, subject to the agreed payments. Planitale retains ownership of its original design and working files. Resale, transfer to another project or repeated construction at other sites requires written permission.
6 Approvals and construction
The purchase does not itself provide government approval, structural engineering certification, site supervision or construction management; such services are included only if expressly listed. Obtain necessary site checks, specialist advice and approvals before construction. Contractors and tradespeople must check site measurements and construction conditions and report discrepancies before affected work begins.
7 Review and acceptance before payment
Ask Planitale to clarify anything unclear before accepting. Record important clarifications and additional work in writing through your client account or another approved written channel. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before the initial payment, review your selected plan and supplied details, read these terms and personally select the required, unticked acceptance checkbox. Your accepted terms, order details, date and time, and agreement version must be saved with a copy available to you. Material changes before payment require review and acceptance of the updated agreement.
Acceptance statement
I have reviewed my selected plan and supplied details and agree to this Ready-Made House Plan Purchase Agreement. I understand that the building design is sold as is, only the permitted client and site details and elevation orientation will be applied, and delivery is digital through a secure download link sent to my supplied email. I understand that once any purchased plan file has been downloaded, no change-of-mind refund is available, subject to my statutory rights.
