Information we collect and why
When you create a client account, we collect your name, email address, username, and the information needed to authenticate your account. When you contact us, we receive the contact details, selected house plan, project requirements, messages, and any files you choose to provide. We use this information to manage your account, verify your email, answer enquiries, communicate about your project, and provide design services. We do not use this information for marketing.
Signing in with Google
Google sign-in is optional. If you choose it, Google provides your account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture information, according to the permissions you approve. Our sign-in system stores account-linking information and may store a Google access token to support authentication. We use these details to create or connect your client account and sign you in. This sign-in connection does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts. PLANITALE does not receive your Google password.
You can review or remove PLANITALE’s Google connection in your Google Account connections. Removing that connection does not automatically delete information already held in your PLANITALE account; contact us if you also want to request deletion. Google handles information under its own Privacy Policy.
Your client conversations
Client enquiries are available to your signed-in account and authorized PLANITALE staff who manage support and design work. They are not published as public website content. Account verification messages and enquiry notifications are sent by email. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry and avoid sending passwords or payment-card details through the portal.
Storage and service providers
Account and enquiry information is stored in our website database. Our website hosting and email-delivery services process information needed to operate the site and send messages; Google processes information when you use Google sign-in. These services may process information outside Guyana. Authorized website administrators can access account and enquiry records to operate the service, provide support, and investigate problems.
Cookies and technical information
The website uses cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and support account security. Email signup uses a short-lived browser cookie to associate a resend-code request with the browser that began registration. Web hosting and email systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, delivery status, and error logs for operation and troubleshooting. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or registration from working.
Keeping and deleting information
Account and enquiry records remain in our systems until they are removed; closing an enquiry does not automatically erase its history. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and will explain if records need to be retained for an ongoing service, legal obligation, or security purpose. Copies may remain in service backups until those backups are replaced or expire.
Your choices and requests
You can choose email signup instead of Google sign-in and update available profile information through your account. To request a copy of your personal information, correct a record, close an account, or ask about deletion, email planitalegy@gmail.com.
